Who We Are
Dr. Milton Padgett
Dr. Padgett received a Bachelor of Arts from Baruch College City University of New York, (CUNY) majoring in Political Science and Pre-Med. He graduated from medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his rotating internship at St. Clares Hospital and Health Care and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, (UMNDNJ). Dr. Padgett attended Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City where he completed his fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension. Dr. Padgett relocated from New York City to Huntsville Alabama and established an internal medicine practice in 1996. The impact of the aging process on the face and body of his patients in his medical practice inspired him to begin training in the aesthetic field. He currently practices in both medical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Step 1 – The Consultation
This is where your Kairos Wellness experience begins. We start with a free comprehensive consultation and skin analysis using our Visia™ Photo Imaging system with Dr. Milton Padgett.
We look at your skin’s pore size, skin texture, red areas, brown spots, UV damage and wrinkles and we take high-resolution photos so we can track your results. We talk about all aspects of your skin’s health and your goals and create a customized, targeted treatment plan just for you.
Step 2 – The Treatment
Next, you will meet our highly trained Physician, Dr. Padgett to ask any questions you may have and review treatment options and goals.

Step 3 – Home Care
We offer excellent medical grade skincare products. We carry Skin Medica ™, Epionce™ and Latisse®. Our Kairos Wellness Physician or Aesthetician will recommend the best products based on your skin type and treatment goals.
